DEAR Editor,-
At the lower end of the Collis Street (beach side) T-junction, there is a crater in the centre of the intersection that I have tried to get RNM to attend to, yet the crater still remains unattended. This has been reported many a time over the past five years.

And there has always been water seeping up through the tar. This water has now entered the substrate (underlying substance or layer) causing the tar to become extremely rippled.
Soon a whole new road, from substrate to the top, will need to be done or else the road will continue to disintegrate.
