This is indeed a time for Ugu bashing. They need to be told that in no uncertain terms are they supplying the service they should.

If they need help to identify and fix the problem, they must ask. I am sure I could find a hundred capable, experienced people who would be prepared to do whatever is required.
I think the time is approaching, if not already here, when residents will have to take over the running of Ugu.
Ugu is not functioning – it will get worse and we had better start thinking about some drastic action.
