Lots 14 and 15 on Bermuda Way, Hibberdene, have been standing empty for more than two years without proper maintenance.

After consultation with both the owner and the municipality, I am getting nowhere. At the moment, branches and other garden debris lie strewn around the garden in heaps. The grass is long and urgently needs cutting and the pool is green with algae.
This is an ideal place for snakes and the green pool is a definite health hazard.
Residents are desperate for something to be done about this property.
