I wish to express my appreciation to Allan Uzzell Upholsterers for their wonderful after-sales service.
Last November, I purchased four armchairs from Margate Furnishers and had them covered in a light-coloured material with a decorative floral pattern.

Allan Uzzell Upholsters made me four red cushions to match, but within two months the back panels of the armchairs were being stained from the dye off the cushions.
Alan Uzzell Upholsters attended immediately and accepted responsibility.
Cleaning was not successful, so they purchased the same material and recovered all four back panels.
This was carried out very quickly and the craftsmanship was excellent. It is impossible to tell that such a repair was done.
I give them my thanks and highly recommend the company to anyone requiring an upholstery service.
