In comparison to the Port Shepstone Licensing Department, which has been described as a ‘nightmare’, all I can say is, if you prefer sweet dreams and don’t mind the travelling, consider doing your renewal up north.
There is sufficient parking and personnel definitely practise ‘Batho Pele’ principles because the service was tops.
Once you experience good service like I did at Umzinto, you will never want to have another nightmare after five years of going local (which is not always ‘lekker’) according to South Coasters.
