Recently my sister and I enjoyed coffee and a scone at a store in Shelly Centre and a woman at the table opposite us got up to leave and said “Have a lovely day.” as she passed by.

A little later when we asked our waitress for the bill she smiled and said “Don’t worry, the woman who was sitting opposite you earlier paid your bill.”
We were stunned – what a lovely surprise!
The car guard was equally delighted when he received a much larger tip than normal.
Thank you for your kindness – you made our day.
