Having purchased a large gazebo recently at Game Southcoast Mall on a Friday afternoon – I was faced with the dilemma of getting this permanent fixture installed on my patio to protect a wooden table.

It had to go up immediately, so I asked the salesman if Game was prepared to come out and install it for me. After asking permission from floor manager, Mathew Nduli, I was given permission to take staff members Xolani Mnguni and Philani Ngwazi out to my home to install the gazebo.
They had to sit uncomfortably in my vehicle with the huge gazebo lodged between them.
All smiles and hard work, the gazebo was erected three hours later. It normally takes a team of five to put a gazebo like this up in one and a half hours, but these two guys were determined to get the job done well on their own.
Just before dark the gazebo was up and the two men were delivered back to the store just before closing time.
Now that’s what I call excellent service – and with a smile. Well done Xolani and Philani and a big thank you to this ‘dream team’ at Game Southcoast Mall.
