DEAR Editor,-
Is it not possible to bring a ‘class action’ or legal procedure by RSA courts (or international) to summon and prosecute the ANC Government for the incompetent and wilful destruction of the Republic of South Africa’s economy?
ALSO READ : Councillors to be held ‘personally accountable’
Surely what they have done (and are currently doing) is a crime against humanity? There is lots of evidence.
And surely this matter needs investigation?
That is, whether criminal charges against any government, for example Zimbabwe, can be successfully brought to court?
Hopefully courts will severely prosecute them for their actions.
