The old toilets along the R102 (opposite the Engen Garage) in Hibberdene have finally been demolished.

The resolution to demolish the structure was taken at a recent council meeting after numerous requests from the business sector and residents.

It was indeed an eyesore and also provided shelter for vagrants.

A flower garden is on the cards to beautify the area.

Thanks to Ray Nkonyeni Municipality for the quick response to this request.
