OPINION: ‘Angels lend a helping hand’

We were really were blessed again this week with so many people donating goods to our cause.

Dear Editor:

It has been a hectic week for our feeding scheme programme with so many new people coming on to the scheme. We worked non-stop to try and help those in need – in addition to the many already on our books.

We were also privileged to hand over much-needed baby clothes to Jean Palmer and her church group, who in turn will do their hospital trip this month to hand out the newborn baby clothing.

We were really were blessed again this week with so many people donating goods to our cause.

We would like to thank the following people for their donations: Kobus and Marietjie, Julia Sahli, Freda Jackson, Caroline, Sonile, Sussy Russell, Amina Athichan, Saheda Seedat, Usha, Frank, and those members of the community who dropped off items at home for us.

God bless you all for helping those less privileged in our community. It is due to your continued support that we can continue assisting those in need.

Remember, we are always in need of furniture, beds, kitchen appliances and utensils, bedding and clothing.

Contact us at 082-3377330 or 039-9760246. We are willing to pick up from you.
