DEAR Editor,
During December last year my car broke down with a starter motor problem at Port Shepstone Regional Hospital.
Fortunately for me, Simphiwe (sadly I did not get his surname) and his team from the hospital’s workshop immediately offered their assistance.

Amazingly they fixed the problem and I was able to travel home to Hibberdene.
I would just like to thank the team sincerely for helping me.
