I think I’ve got an idea to lower the municipalities’ debt to Eskom.
When the treasury pays the annual municipal grant, it should withhold about 10 percent and pay it over to Eskom.

That will wake them up to get their books in order.
I think that way Eskom will receive billions and will not have to cut their electricity.
Hopefully somebody will think about that.
