I would like to thank the Department of Home Affairs for the excellent and efficient service which I received.
I applied for my passport and my identity card on Monday, October 7 and the next Monday (14th) I received an sms stating that my identity card was ready for collection.

On Wednesday (16th), I received another sms stating my passport was ready for collection.
The service was very efficient and the staff were friendly and helpful.
To all staff members – thank you, keep up with the good service.
