OPINION: ‘Wonderful service in a time of crisis’

He did not tire of our many questions, some expressed in a manner that was almost incoherent due to the state we were in, especially my frantic grandmother.

DEAR Editor;

The last two weeks have been a nightmare for my family, from losing a family member to having my 78 year old grandmother robbed of her pension money.

My grandmother went to the Post Office last Thursday to check what was wrong with her card, only to be told that her card had been cloned and all her money taken.

I had to drop everything to go and help her fix this. We ended up at Capitec Bank in the Oribi Plaza in Port Shepstone.

We were stressed and angry but young man by the name of Hilton Lupke proved to be most helpful.

He did not tire of our many questions, some expressed in a manner that was almost incoherent due to the state we were in, especially my frantic grandmother.

Hilton was very patient with us and gave us the best service, guiding us as to the way forward.

Thank you and may God bless you abundantly.

HAPPY AND RELIEVED
