OPINION: ‘Kindness restores faith in human nature’

Subsequent to that I went into hospital for a hip replacement operation.

DEAR Editor;

My husband and I recently went to renew our driving licences.

We went on a Saturday morning expecting to be there for hours. Thanks to Mr Moodley and his friendly and efficient staff, we were finished in 30 minutes.

Subsequent to that I went into hospital for a hip replacement operation.

When I phoned to check if our licences were ready I explained this to Mr Moodley.

He very kindly offered to drop them off at the Margate office where my husband collected them.

This kindness restores our faith in human nature.
