OPINION: ‘Hospital stay was first class, yet again’

I can happily say that the same high standard was upheld and I was so impressed with how my baby and I were treated whilst we were there.

DEAR Editor;

I would like to write this letter to thank staff and management at Hibiscus Coast Hospital for my excellent treatment during my maternity stay at the hospital recently.

Having our third child meant a third stay at the hospital, seven years after our second child was born there and nine years after the first.

I can happily say that the same high standard was upheld and I was so impressed with how my baby and I were treated whilst we were there.

The staff was warm, caring and super helpful.

I would also like to thank Dr Khatija Jagot for being such a support to me and, of course, delivering our beautiful boy with the help of the nursing staff.

Thanks also to paediatrician Dr Lovelene Ramouthar.

I truly felt well cared for and was incredibly grateful for the kindness shown.
