DEAR Editor;
I would like to extend a big thank you to the Port Shepstone Licencing Department.
I had to renew my driver’s licence and visited the department on February 2.
To my surprise everyone at the department, from the security officer to the staff, were friendly, helpful and professional.
When load shedding took place that afternoon, they kept all our documentation overnight, and when I returned the following morning everything was complete within 30 minutes.
Two days later, my neighbour also went to the department and had the same wonderful experience.
My experience is proof that not all departments are bad!
Thanks to this department for its amazing service.
