It seems occupants from the flats in Shepstone Court place their rubbish bags in the road daily. During the night, vagrants remove the rubbish and take the bags, leaving rubbish – from hair extensions to used sanitary towels to tyres – strewn and blown all over by the wind.
It is time the municipality starts cleaning up our town. It is bad enough with the roadworks, now we have to view this unhealthy state daily.
