OPINION: A new decolonisation?

Things have changed, and are changing.

Dear Editor:

Nomenclature is changing in the deep, deep south of Natal where Mitchells once reigned.

Potholes are now known as decolonisation.

It is but a short step to broaden the compass of the word to cover conditions like the absence of piped water; and the frequent and prolonged absence of electricity which collectively increase the demand for paraffin and candles.
