Ugu mayor kept her promise, says reader

We have water and all services of Ugu have improved.

In May 2022 I wrote a letter to the media regarding the poor service and promises we got from Ugu.

Mayor, you proved me wrong and you kept your word. We have water and all services of Ugu have improved.

As a resident in Ward 16 (Southport to Melville area) I thank you and your staff, from the call centre to the workers that are always friendly, helpful and nothing is too much for them to assist us with water problems.

Once again mayor, please know that we appreciate your efforts.
