* Clansthal Seasonal Market: The Cunningham family will open their garden again as a venue for the Clansthal Craft market at 111 Pig & Whistle Drive on Sunday, October 1. Over 40 carefully selected traders will be offering a variety of quality products. Their philosophy is that the items on sale are handcrafted and/or are unique. There will be light meals and refreshments on sale while you relax and enjoy the beautiful sea views and listen to music. As this is a private garden, they request no visiting dogs.

* Cupcakes 4 kids with Cancer: Help raise funds for an amazing initiative – Child Cancer Awareness at 142 Scott Street, Scottburgh on Thursday, October 5. For further information contact 073 1518538. It’s the sweetest way to save a life!

* The Rec Club Market Day in Pennington at Relton Hall will be held on Saturday, October 7 from 09:00 to 12:00.

* Pennington Ski Boat Club presents the 2023 Potjie Competition on Saturday, October 7 from 10:00. There will be much eating and live music and loads of fun. Registration fee is R100. Email the secretary: secretary@psbc.org.za
