What a weekend of excitement and thrills. So wonderful that the Springboks won the World Cup. It takes me back to 1995 where there was just so much elation. Long may it last in the form of happy, positive communications with one and all.

Upcoming events:
* DHS old boys are invited to a social evening at the Scottburgh Country Club on Thursday, November 2 at 17:30. The CEO of the DHS Foundation Trust, Andrew Shedlock invites all old boys to attend.

* The Sanctuary of the Great White Light invites locals to a Clairvoyant Day on Saturday, November 4. For more information, contact Gayle Weston on 083 6545261.

072 5078773 to find out more. There will be a float parade, quality stalls, food, beer garden, display court, live entertainment, kiddie zone, beautiful competition and a Christmas eggnog fun run.

* Registration for next year’s election will be held for Ward 10 soon in the events room in the Pennington municipal building, Dolphin Drive Watch this space for further information.

Piet and Conrad Kleinhans of PDM Group at the Master Builders KZN excellence awards. They were the winners in residential alterations, additions and renovations category, received a highly commended in the 3 to 8 million single residential new build and declared the winner of 3 to 8 million single residential new build.
