These funds are used for the ongoing care, support, compassion, dignity, and love our interdisciplinary clinical team offer to our terminally ill patients in their homes.
This generous blessing received from all the various business houses help to make a positive difference in our patient’s daily walk along their journey.
The messages and ‘In memory of’ will be recorded in our records for our annual Tree of Light at the end of the year.
