Cops recover illegal firearm in Boboyi
The man was unable to produce a firearm licence.
Police have arrested a man (38) for being in possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition.
This came after the man discharged the firearm in Boboyi last Thursday, and Port Shepstone police were called out.
The man was unable to produce a firearm licence.
The serial number on the firearm, which had been erased, will be sent for ballistic tests to determine if it has been used in other crimes.
