Car thieves crash stolen vehicle

Two men were arrested after the vehicle they hijacked crashed at ‘Confusion Junction’ intersection in Port Shepstone last Saturday.

Hendrik Ludick of Airtrack X-Treme Security was notified about the stolen vehicle, as were Saps K9 and highway patrol members.

The hijackers did not get far, crashing the vehicle at the notorious intersection.

“It was great teamwork. Fantastic external assistance from Lazer 911 Security, who came across the accident,” said Ludick.

Two men were taken to Saps Port Shepstone for further investigation. The vehicle was impounded.
