He was taken to Port Shepstone Regional Hospital by police on November 4 after being found in poor health in town.
The health facility is looking for his family.
“On admission, the patient identified himself as Nhlanhla Shusha. He could not give his family’s details despite all efforts by the hospital. To reunite him with his family, we urge anyone who may know him or his family to please reach out to us,” said a hospital spokesperson.
