Make memories at new entertainment venue
A number of events are coming up, especially in December.
The Molo Lounge, a sophisticated nightclub, was launched at the Wild Coast Sun Hotel and Casino Resort last Saturday evening.
The venue offers an exciting entertainment option for adults.
The name Molo comes from the Xhosa greeting ‘hello’ or ‘welcome’.
The resort’s general manager, Henry Boekhouer, said the idea of opening a nightclub was a eureka moment at a meeting with a designer to discuss the renovation of Chico’s Restaurant.
“I asked the designer if he could have a look at a spot which we wanted to convert for our customers to have a relaxing evening and also to attract young adults. Six weeks later, we had a nightclub/lounge.”
Marketing manager Cynthia Nene said a number of events are coming up, especially in December.
“We opened Molo for people to create new connections, make new friends and new memories. We have a great line-up in December, including DJs every day.”
The lounge is open from Thursdays to Saturdays from 18:00 till 02:00 and on Sundays from 12:00 noon till 22:00.
