Awards for four-legged champs

Tracy Norton and her Boston terrier, KitKit, were awarded overall 1st dog jumping – small and KZN colours for contact agility.

Two Hibiscus Kennel Club members were invited to attend the KZN Provincial Council Top Achievers awards in Pinetown last Sunday.

Tracy Norton and her Boston terrier, KitKit, were awarded overall 1st dog jumping – small and KZN colours for contact agility. Her other Boston terrier, Tyke, was awarded overall 1st dog jumping – medium and overall 3rd national dog jumping – medium.

Ninette Smith and her toy poodle, Swish, received awards for KUSA Grand Champion in all three disciplines, namely contact agility, non-contact and dog jumping.

Swish also received his KZN colours for dog jumping. He now has his colours in all three disciplines and, at 11 years old, deserves his well-earned retirement from competition.
