Kathlene Evans and Kylie Andrews, the founders of K2, which is named after the first letters of their names, hosted a Heels Dance Night at the Girl Guides Hall in Port Shepstone last Saturday.

Kylie said with some struggling with anxiety and depression, they need emotional support.
“We thought, why not share this journey and be there for other women.”
She said with the many roles that women have to play, they tend to lose themselves, so the motto at their dance studio is ‘free your mind’.

“Dance boosts women’s self-confidence and empowers them.”
Kylie added that they will be working with Girl Guides by helping them to fundraise.
