Fowls up for grabs at Sheppie

The course is recovering well after the recent heavy rains.

There was a challenging format for last Wednesday’s competition at Port Shepstone Country Club, with three to count on all holes, and four to count on the par fives.
Winners on 111 points were Gavin van Wyk, Lionel Peters, Allan Rowley and Gary Vogt.
Ryan Ringo won the Hibiscus Coast Electrical Fowl Friday on 20 points followed by Piet Snyman on 19 points, Allan Rowley on 17 points, Bruce Holmes on 15 points and Jenny Hulley on 14 points.
Round 3 of the Ten Cup Series took place last Saturday, won by Santhos Baskali on 37 points.
Charles Hulley had 36 points and counted out Morris Moodley for second place.
Eddie Fann was fourth on 35 points, counting out Paul Geoffery.
Nearest the pins were Eddie Fann (5th), Sbu Ntozakhe (14th) and Mark Smith (17th).
Nearest for two was Paul Geoffery (18th).
