Auditions open for art lovers
The Inkundla Theatre Festival will be held at the Uvongo Town Hall on May 30.
Are you passionate about drama, music, dance, poetry, comedy, visual arts and craft?
The 2025 edition of the Ray Nkonyeni Municipality Inkundla Theatre Festival recently opened auditions for individuals who love theatre and visual arts.
The festival will be held at the Uvongo Town Hall on May 30 from 09:00.
Inkundla Theatre Festival project manager, Siya Sotsu, said the programme was developed to assist local young emerging artists in the creative industry.
“We are targeting local drama, comedy, dance, music and poetry practitioners. The festival is a platform for emerging local artists and individuals with little to no exposure to theatre,” he said.
