Feast of racing for South Coast

The fourth round of the KZNRRC Super Sprint Series is set to take place at Dezzi Raceway on Saturday, July 19.

Get ready for an adrenaline-charged day as the province’s top drivers and riders battle it out on the challenging 2.5-km seaside circuit in one of the year’s most thrilling motorsport events.

Spectators can expect three action-packed races per class, delivering non-stop excitement throughout the day.

Visiting class is the South African Legends Cars, with their close door-to-door, bumper-to-bumper racing.

A class that has spectators on the feet.

Other races on the programme include the 150cc and super production motorcycles, historic cars, mini GP motorcycle, modifieds cars, motard motorcycle, Super GT and sports cars, Sub 500 and formula extreme motorcycles

The event concludes with the third round of the KZNRRC Backdraft 1 Hour Endurance Race, a true test of speed, stamina, and skill.

There is talk of 19 V8 Backdraft Cobras cars attending, plus some modifieds, sports cars and historics that will see a grid of over 30 cars thundering into turn one.

Enjoy a vibrant, festival-like atmosphere with plenty of open space around the circuit.

Pack your own picnic or gas braai or indulge in tasty treats from a variety of food vendors offering everything from curry and burgers to pancakes and coffee.
