Soccer academy is runner-up in Durban compo

The M.S.S Soccer Academy participated in a Orient Islamic School girls' soccer tournament in Durban recently. The U9, U11 and U13 teams all secured runner-up positions. The U9, U11 and U13 teams all secured runner-up positions.

Zahra Khalil of the U9 team brought back a special award for the best goalkeeper.

Khalil thanked all the coaches. “A huge thanks to Saabira Shaik, Nashreen Shaik, Sooraya Hanief and Sabiha Moosa.”

Khalil said the teams played well. “We had U9 Orient Islamic against M.S.S Soccer Academy, U11 Orient Islamic against M.S.S Soccer academy and U13 Ridge Park College against M.S.S Soccer Academy.”
