Murchison Hospital honours staff at awards ceremony

It recognised excellence in service delivery.

Quality public service is what all government institutions strive for and this was achieved by a number of Murchison District Hospital managers, supervisors and staff at the Quality Assurance Awards recently.

CEO of Murchison District Hospital, Edward Manyokole, said the certificates and trophies awarded to both management and staff recognised their excellence in service delivery for their respective components at the hospital.

“We see what you do and the these awards are further meant to boost your performance and to motivate the rest of the staff to work harder. Through these awards, we hope to influence our employees to do better and serve our patients with excellence.”

Manyokole added the awards also aimed to inculcate a work purpose among their staff and to extend gratitude to them.

“With these accolades, we motivate you not to get tired of doing good work, you need to know that if you are doing good, you will get these accolades. We thank our sponsors and partners for their support.”
