There was loads of excitement and fun as Sun Port Blue Bottle Liquors opened its doors in Sunwich Port last Friday. The grand opening set the vibe for the long weekend, with locals and visitors taking full advantage of fantastic products at great prices.
The new, modern-look bottle store is a family-run business, independently owned by the popular Rambharos family of Louisiana.
Shoppers, guests, family and friends were treated to an exclusive experience, with product tasting and many prizes up for grabs. The first prize of a gas braai worth R4000 and a second hamper worth R2000 were also handed to lucky customers who had made purchases.
The Rambharos’ end goal is to let the community, customers from near and far, as well as the holidaymakers see their fantastic product offering as well as competitive pricing.
“We did make our mark out there and people are talking. Now we have opened a nice, neat and vibrant store, where customers can enjoy incredible service from our management and staff. Customers as well as the community have thanked us for bringing life to this quiet town. Sunwich Port celebrated this milestone with our grand opening and bringing people together. We appreciate all the support from our local community as well as our customers from afar,” said owner Rajesh Rambharos.
The store incorporates a wide range of wines, a walk-in beer fridge, whiskey, brandy, gin, tequila and much more. It also stocks a range of biltong, snacks and braai essentials at reasonable prices.
