RAJ Naganna and Dan Dimitriu did extremely well at the recent SA Senior Interprovincial tournament held in Durban.
They came away with the silver medal, losing only to the Eastern Cape team in the final. Tweni is very proud of their achievement – well done, you two.
Many thanks to Trish Wood for her commitment to providing eats for tennis even though she wasn’t well enough to stay and play. Members wish her a speedy recovery from the flu.
Raj Naganna took over set arranging and everyone enjoyed the eats and their afternoon’s tennis. Unfortunately, Theol Wood had a nasty fall on the court and members hope he has recovered without too many bumps and bruises.
Members offer sincere condolences to Rob Browne and his family on the death of his father. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
