Dedicated team at SMG South Coast reaps rewards

The dealership has certainly made its mark, in a relatively short space of time.

SMG South Coast and its staff recently won a heap of awards. The dealership won Best BMW Dealer New Car Sales in 2015 – Rural.

SMG South Coast further won two BMW Group Sales Dealer Awards for 2015.

These went to Neolin Naidoo, in recognition of outstanding sales performance in 2015 (1st place dealer).

Ashoo Singh picked up a Special Recognition Award for Outstanding Sales Performance in 2015, as well as a Championship Award in recognition of outstanding Sales Performance in 2015 (1st place).

Neolin and Ashoo both won oversees trips for their excellence.

Dealer principal Darren Staats was thrilled with the achievements.

“This June we celebrate our fifth anniversary at SMG South Coast, and every year I have seen this team accomplish award-winning achievements,” he said.

He said that, back in 2011, he and his team couldn’t have predicted the future of SMG South Coast but knew it would be great – that it would be class leading, where people were fans more than customers.

“A world of possibilities was presented to my team, all they had to do was seize them.” – Darren Staats, dealer principal

He wanted SMG to be a place where the dealership has a committed team, passionate about the brand and company, where dedication to social responsibility within the community could actually make a difference to the lives of others.

“In 2011 the future was not ours to see but was most certainly ours to create,” he said.

And with the combination of dedicated staff and loyal customers, that team has certainly made the future a reality.

“We are proudly South Coast, proudly BMW and proudly SMG.”
