Silver shine for Margate Panelbeaters
The company's quality workmanship has been recognised.
OWNERS Jochen Dufner and Max de Beer are pretty pleased with Margate Panelbeaters’ latest award, a second place – or silver medal as per the Olympics – in the recent Renault KwaZulu-Natal Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) awards.
They were presented with certificates at Renault’s recent roadshow in Durban.
“We’re very proud of this award, as we have only been Renault approved for a year or so. We’re very happy with this,” said Jochen.
“We have featured regularly in the top three with regards to other manufacturers, so this is good news.”
The CSI is carried out by an independent company and involves feedback from customers on service and the quality of the workmanship.
