Car of the Year semi-finalists announced
The winner will be announced at a gala dinner in March next year.
SEMI-FINALISTS for the 2017 Wesbank South African Guild of Motoring Journalists’ Car of the Year competition were announced in Johannesburg recently.
In alphabetical order, they are:

The COTY jury will put the finalists through structured testing procedures in early February 2017.
The jury will also score each finalist against its direct class competitors on aspects that include affordability, cabin styling, layout, ergonomics, engine, engineering integrity and build quality, exterior design, overall excellence, ride quality, steering and handling, technology, transmission, and value for money.
