Nataschka and Leeroy claim MTB titles
The awards ceremony took place at the Wild Coast Sun convention centre after the fifth and final race.
IT has been a long and gruelling few months of mountain biking as the South Coast MTB Series finally came to an end this past Saturday.
After being officially launched at San Lameer Estate in June, thousands of riders have enjoyed the beautiful terrain, scenery and challenging routes found on the South Coast.
From the red desert at the Port Edward Holiday Resort, Burry Stander Sardine Classic and forests at the Ingeli MTB in July, to the seaside finish of Scottburgh MTB in August, plus the wildlife at the Lake Eland Quattro Classic and beach section at the Wild Coast Sun MTB in October.

The event organisers were very encouraged by the turnout at each race with numbers significantly higher due to the interest shown by mountain bikers encouraged to enter all five events.
Ten participants qualified for a limited edition series Powerade golf shirt.
