Enter next level with Audi A3

The introduction of the refreshed product range is perfectly poised to continue the heritage of the A3 brand in South Africa.

THE successful Audi A3 model range has now become even more attractive, with new technology, engines and refreshed styling.

Also new onboard is the innovative operating and display concept, the Audi virtual cockpit.

The new A3 is available as a three-door hatchback, a five-door Sportback sedan, and as a Cabriolet.

The sport version in the form of the Audi S3 comes with numerous innovations and has enhanced its dynamic characteristics even further.

Over the past 20 years, the Audi A3 has played a significant part in the Audi brand success story.

Launched internationally in 1996, the first generation not only created its own segment, but became the global market and segment leader in the premium A-segment.

As one of the model lines with the highest conquest rate in the Audi range, the Audi A3 continues to make a major contribution to the brand’s rejuvenation by acquiring important first-time customers and range-climbers for the brand.

All of this underlines the Audi A3’s status as an important high-volume model, with a diverse target group that still holds great potential.

Over the past three generations of the model, Audi has delivered in excess of 1 million units to customers worldwide, with South Africa delivering 51 400 of those units between 1998 and 2016.

The introduction of the latest generation in 2012 marked the start of a new and exciting era for Audi in the premium A-segment.
