A VERY healthy and happy new year is wished to all members of Village Bowling Club.
Forthcoming competitions are Hibiscus Retirement Village’s men’s trips on January 10, Hibiscus Insurance Brokers mixed trips on January 12, Martin Electronics men’s 2-4-2 on January 19 and Hopdens KwikSpar mixed 2-4-2 on January 24.
Ivan and Hazel Hosken won the Hopdens KwikSpar mixed 2-4-2, followed by Chris Allen and Nelia Reed.
Sessions went to Don Fowler and Chris Haslam and Alan Tyers and Denise Palframan on a count-out from Ina Malan and Bill Parfitt. Norman Isherwood won the 50/50.
The Food Lover’s Market tabs-in mixed trips is this Saturday, January 7, tabs in by 1.15pm.
