He collected a R1000 worth of vouchers, counting out Robert Mavundla in the process. In third spot was Angus McLachlan on 41 points.
Nearest the pins were Louw van Neikerk (2nd) and Charlie Hartman (16th).
Longest day went to Carlos Pereira.
The Wobblers’ alliance last Wednesday was won by Jan Richter, Freddie Boshoff, Jim Finn and Piet Pretorius on 91 points.
Runners-up were Dave Morrison, Eddie Gommersall, Otto Mutschler and James Tutt, also on 91 points.
Arthur Tomlinson Floater went to Hans Beilhartz, Karl Zurfluh and André Henn on 86 points.
The Business Day last Friday (two to count, with all to count on the 9th and 18th) was won by Elise Pretorius, Frank Merrill, Rob McGill and Piet Pretotius on 102 points.
Runners-up were Shaun Nathanson, Dave Higgins, Juan Dixon and Anton Kohrmann on 101 points.
They counted out Frik van Zyl, Johan Erasmus, Naude Barkhuizen and Dries Barkhuizen.

Saturday’s comp, sponsored by Wild Coast Sun, was won by AB Sidumo and Elvis Khawula on 49 points, one ahead of Koko Zithumane and Emmanual Godongwane.
In third on 47 points were Robbie Myburgh and Brian Jolliffe on 47 points.
Nearest the pins were Heine Engelbrecht (4th) and Patrick Mavundla (16th).
