The Herald caught up with the enthusiastic golf coach Petrus Ferreira at the club last week Friday.

Petrus mentioned that juniors between the ages of eight and 12, wanting to play at their peak potential, should not miss these golf clinics.

“It’s designed to introduce and teach the young golfer (or non golfer) skills needed to play and enjoy the game. The Friday sessions combine instruction, fun and fitness,” explained Petrus.

“Each session features basic swing mechanics including grip, alignment and posture and basic rules of the game. I encourage a positive attitude and provide an organised learning experience.”
