And they're off: The regular Uvongo holiday PinkDrive fun runs along Lilliecrona Boulevard have proved a popular way to raise funds for breast cancer research.

DON your best pink running outfits and sign up for the Easter Monday PinkDrive fun run.

This starts at the Uvongo fishing pier end of Lilliecrona Boulevard on Easter Monday, April 17, with registration opening at 7.30am. The run starts at 8am.

Entry is R25 and entrants can choose to do the 5km course to Lucien beach and back or to do two laps to complete 10km.

Runners, walkers, cyclists, wheelchair athletes, pram pushers and dog walkers are all welcome to enter.

Nashua South Coast has assisted with sponsorship of the publicity pamphlets.The entry fee is R25. Proceeds go to PinkDrive, a movement that supports breast cancer awareness, research and prevention.
