Halfway Toyota Shelly Beach bags coveted Pyramid of Excellence awards
The customer always comes first and this has been Halfway Toyota's recipe for success.
A LOCAL car dealer has scooped several major awards at the annual Pyramid of Excellence awards ceremony held in Cape Town recently.
Not surprising, the continued winning streak at Halfway Toyota, Shelly Beach, is testament to dedication to service excellence.
The awards are presented annually as part of Toyota South Africa’s ongoing commitment to dealer development and improvement.
All dealerships take part in Pyramid of Excellence programmes, which are designed to assist dealers with improved customer service, marketing, sales (new and used) and business management skills.
Those that received awards included Brian Jones (Toyota Financial Services CEO award), Stephen Jones (Pyramid of Excellence award for new vehicle sales), Ettienne Kruger ( Pyramid of Excellence for Automark), Allison Palmer (Toyota Financial Services award), Gopal Govender (Pyramid of Excellence award for after sales – parts), Rajesh Mohanlall (Toyota Sales Knight, who received an incentive overseas trips) and Ahmed Khan (most improved salesman, who received an incentive overseas trips).
Dealer principal Brian Jones said that this is quite an accomplishment. “These awards recognise excellence in dealership performance and this is considered the cornerstone of the brand’s success. Halfway Toyota, Shelly Beach, has a reputation for providing the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction and the company backs its outstanding product with the very best sales and after sales service,” he said.
