Toyota fans launch car club

This club will be made up of local car enthusiasts and will be launched this Sunday.

A NEW Toyota car club is to be launched on the South Coast.

The South Coast Toyo Club will be making a grand launch at Protea Park, (White City), this Sunday, May 7 from 8.30am.

The club is a non-profit-based organisation and its main purpose is to have fun while encouraging the preservation of all types of Toyota models.

Its activities include car shows, monthly car runs, fund-raising, car parades and other events which help raise money or offer assistance to the local communities.

The club looks at providing donations to charitable groups or organisations and assistance to individuals and families in need within the Ugu District.

This Sunday will witness the official launch of the club with a family fun day at Protea Park.

Entry is free and the club members will showcase their Toyota cars. There will be face painting, jumping castles, food stalls and much more for families to enjoy. For further information contact Atish Krishna at 083 9456633.
