Sharks XV at Douglas Mitchell this Saturday
It's time for some black and white dynamite.
A FEAST of rugby awaits locals at Douglas Mitchell Sports Ground this Saturday, May 13.
The huge news is that the Sharks XV will be playing the Leopards in a SuperSport Rugby Challenge match, with the kick-off at 3pm.

No, it’s not the main Super Rugby Sharks team – this league is one level down – but the quality of the rugby will be well worth watching.
The Sharks will be up against it, though, as the Leopards are unbeaten so far in the ‘central’ group and currently top the log.
The Sharks beat the Griffons 52-24 in their last game, this after losing 28-7 to Griquas in April. The Leopards meanwhile beat the Cheetahs 37-32 at home in Potchefstroom last week.

Before that they beat Griquas 38-35 away in Kimberley, and the week before that they beat the Griffons 20-17 away in Welkom.
The main Warriors team will be looking for a win against Toti after a narrow 31-29 loss to Newcastle (away) last Saturday.
However, they will be playing against Toti, away, this Friday night. This is in the Moor Cup, the top league in the province. There’ll be a host of other action this Saturday.
Creston College’s U14, U16 and U18 teams will play against visiting Scottburgh High at 9.30am, 10.30am and 11.30am respectively. The Warriors U20s will play a curtain-raiser against Durban Crusaders at 12.45pm.
Sharkie will be there on the day, as well, and a real family vibe is planned, with a jumping castle for the children and a beer garden for adults.
Tickets to get in for the day will cost R50 for adults and R20 for scholars. They’re available at the Shark Cage in Shelly Beach and Margate. Also available on the day at the gate.
Parking is available on B field for R20.
