Flip Fourie won Week 36 of the Carreira-Curlewis Cup at Margate Country Club last Thursday.

He had 40 points to squeeze in ahead of Joe Espach. Sbu Ntozakhe was next on 38 points.

Nearest the pins were Sbu Ntozakhe (11th) and Paul Russell (16th).

Wednesday’s Wobblers game was won on 83 points by Peter Hunter, Eddie Gommersall and Frank Merrill.

Runners-up were Bob Weanie, Rob Brien and Nico van Vuuren on 82 points.

The Arthur Tomlinson Floater went to Rolf Spielmann, Hans Beilhartz and Jan Richter on 63 points.

Saturday’s competition was won by Flip Fourie again, this time on 42 points.

Runners-up were Louw van Niekerk on 40 points, with Arthur Ehlert next on 39 points.

Nearest the pins were Joe Espach (11th) and Jim Finn (16th)
