League dates for 2018 set for Southern KZN golfers
It's going to be a very long league season.
Southern KwaZulu-Natal will play in the A division of next year’s KwaZulu-Natal central golf league.
Unfortunately the team was relegated from premier division this year.
There’s been a change in the format, too. While the pool system remains, teams will now play each other home and away.
The 2018 fixtures for Southern KZN are as follows:
January 28: Bye.
February 11: Midlands at Boschhoek GC.
March 4: Bluff National at Bluff National Park GC.
March 18: Mount Edgecombe CC ‘2’ at Southbroom GC.
April 8: Victoria CC at Southbroom GC.

June 3: Midlands at home (venue to be confirmed).
June 24: Bluff National at Southbroom GC.
July 15: Mount Edgecombe CC ‘2’ at Mount Edgecombe CC.
August 19: Victoria CC at Victoria CC.
The annual KZN Country Districts Interzone tournament will be held at Kokstad GC from March 23-25.
A date for the Southern KZN Closed is still to be finalised but could be Saturday, January 27 at Southbroom GC over 18 holes.
